Nevrocode PHP Class Maper is a 100% free desktop program that reads a folder of PHP 5 classes and produces a navigatable list of all the elements. It's great for getting a panoramic overview of your project. It uses Regex expressions to track the changes. It also allows you to edit those expressions, and create your own backwards compatibility for PHP 4 or even another programing language.
